I can't connect to the internet. My home laptop is connected, no i-products will connect. any thoughts?

Help! Everything was connected and then comcast/xfinity put in a new router and modem and it changed the name of the wi-fi and the passkey. I was able to sing on our laptop and desk top but the iphone and ipad will pick up the network, but they won't accept the passkey! now my phone is locked after I did the iOS6 upgrade...any thoughts???
