Podcast auto-starts - iOS 6

Hi all, I just upgraded to iOS 6 yesterday and noticed that I Was unable to stream the podcasts that i have downloaded from iTunes on the computer. So I set everything up with the podcast app. After partially listening to a pod cast, and putting it on pause and hit the home button. A while later I recieved and ended a call, and the podcast started playing again. I had assumed that I hit the end button (on my headphones) twice by accident. However a few hours later, I used Siri to send a message and after Siri closed the podcast started playing again.

Does anyone have any ideas on why? or a fix?

This happens to me too. I've noticed it happens if I'm listening to a podcast, and then pull out the headphones, which automatically pauses the podcast. I do this because it's faster than unlocking the screen and pressing pause if I'm listening with it in my pocket.

At any rate, definitely have had podcasts start playing after calls ended and it's annoying.

For some reason, this seems to have worked for me. I tried the same scenario that has given me trouble (listening to a podcast with headphones, then unplugging the headphones, making a call, and hanging up, resulting in the podcast "auto-starting"). Uninstalled the podcast app (I hadn't thought of that since it was introduced in iOS 6, thinking it was one of the uninstallable apps), re-installed it, and it seems to not autostart now.
