How do I set up iCloud on my Dell laptop?

You have to set up your actual iCloud account on an iOS device or a Mac. Then, follow the instructions in this link which was previously posted twice in this thread: iCloud - Setup - Apple

I, too, am having difficulty setting up icloud on my pc. I was able to download the icloud setup, but when I double click on it, I get an error message:
"Your computer is missing Media features. Please download Media Feature Pack for Windows from Microsoft website and install and try again"
I'm pretty sure I've downloaded it like 2-3 times now and I still get this error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

if you have a PC which i do no matter what i was told i never could set it up, i spoke to Apple and the Community Discussions but nothing worked. After 2 days of trying SO i asked a friend who had a MAC to set me up and that worked perfectly. good luck.đ
