Nov 1, 2012 11:18 AM in response to StephPDXby Kimberly Seiz,Didn't fix it for me either. I still say it's a weak antenna because I can't get AT&T cell service while inside my work building.

Nov 1, 2012 11:19 AM in response to dherbackby flyingphil,I got UPS notice that my 4th iPhone 5 shipped from ZhengZhou, China today. It's supposed to be a better phone???? I downloaded the new 6.0.1 but it didn't improve my download speed so I hope the new phone will fix this problem.

Nov 1, 2012 11:22 AM in response to benjtby benjt,GREAT NEWS for me and I hope for you. Although 6.0.1 did not solve the problem when I first tried to log onto the network, hence my prior comment, I then rebooted my modem, put my Time Capsule back to factory settings, reconfigured my Time Capsule network and my iPhone 5 finally connected to my network! I hope you have similar success.

Nov 1, 2012 11:28 AM in response to benjtby dherback,I can connect to my wifi, it's just that the signal craps out really quickly if I get more than 10 ft away from my router. The annoying thing is I have another iphone 4s and ipad that work totally fine. Shouldn't the iphone 5 be BETTER??

Nov 1, 2012 12:24 PM in response to tobifsby David Pearson,In UK, just updated to 6.01. Update went fine. Still have my Network on WEP encryption. Download speed about half that of the iPhone 4 also in the house sat side by side so still not good. Will consider pushing network back to WPA2 and see if any change. If not back to store :((

Nov 1, 2012 1:05 PM in response to MagicalRealismby StuartMack,Scott Forstall - Not exactly off topic....
We're all having (probable) software issues, including some iPhone 4s's and ipads updated to iOS6, and Apple just fired the VP in charge of iOS software development - i.e. the person who oversaw iOS6 development.
I take that as an acknowledgement from Apple that iOS6 development and testing has been inadequate, and iOS6 is buggy....
