Has IOS 6 introduced any improvements for Active Sync?

Hi. Does anyone know if Apple has introduced any improvements for Active Sync support in IOS6 and what they might be please? Aware of the improvements in mail app like signatures per account but wanted to see if any improvements on the backend. Can't see anything obvious with a quick google search.
