I've tapped on the pinned location and the pin's text screen doesn't have an option to remove the pin. It was a location I marked before I updated to iOS6- its just stuck there. Any ideas?

"drag the pin to new area" put your finger on it , hold and it will pop up and you'l be able to move it
To remove all pins, open the maps icon, then you will need to go to the top right hand of the screen, where you will see a bookmark icon on the right hand side of the 'search or address' bar.
Tap on the book mark icon.
On the next screen at the bottom tap on bookmarks, tap edit, tap clear.
On the same screen at the bootom tap on recents, tap edit, tap clear.
This will clear all pins and data previously entered.
I agree - there doesn't appear to have a "remove pin" option although you can clear the entry and that
gets rid of it.
However if you drop a pin in the wrong area of street it says" drag pin to the new area" - how!! whenever I do this the whole map moves as well !!
I've cleared the entry- in bookmarks and recents and the pin is still there.
the title of the thread is 'remove A pin' not all pins, so i'm assuming that the op means removing 1 pin that he/she just put on the map. i have this question as well.
How do I remove a pinned location in iOS 6 maps?
