After upgrade to 3.4 plugins presets are gone

Very strange issue after upgrade to 3.4

all my custom plugins presets (silver FX Pro and Photomatix) are missing.

If I open the plugins from photoshop the presets are there (and also are in the library preference folder) but not in Aperture 3.4

Also if I add a new custom preset in Aperture the new preset not appears in photoshop: is like if Aperture is sandboxing the user preference folder

Any suggestion?
