Morning, I went out and bought the iPad 3 a week ago and can't play a game of mine because JavaScript is not supported on the iPad. The game needs JavaScript and they don't have an app.
Is there a browser app I can download that will work?

JavaScript is supported on the iPad. Java is not and that is what you need to play the games. There are many game apps in the App Store. Pogo Games has an app.
If you need Flash content for games look at another browser like Puffin, iSwifter, Photon, Sky Fire and read the reviews.
You can enable JavaScript via Settings > Safari > JavaScript 'on' - if the game needs Java, then that isn't supported on iPad
