Q: Is there an email address for tech support?

I just bought the phone 3 months ago and had asked the guy if it had any tech problems or should I stick with my android. He assured me that the iPhone was worth it. I'm seeing otherwise now. I was told my phone got "water" in the headphone jack and that is why my menu button doesn't work. But my phone has never had any water contact and I don't get why my headphones would still work but not my my button. I have insurance on the phone but it's still going to cost $180 dollars for a new one, which I feel is a rip off considering I just got the phone and it never got wet!

What menu button? Do you mean the Home button (the only button on the front)?
