Multimonitor retina setup?

Hi all,

I'm growing increasingly spoiled with my MBP's retina display, so much so that I just can't stand looking at the other three monitors that I use on my desktop. Yes, I have a total of four monitors: the MBP's retina display and three Samsung 23" SyncMaster B2330 displays.

Regardless of size, are there any external retina displays available yet or in the pipeline?
