Not really having issues, but since installing the Combo of 10.8.2, I'm seeing these errors in console as well:

mdworker[299]: Unable to talk to lsboxd

sandboxd[296] ([299]): mdworker(299) deny mach-lookup com.apple.ls.boxd

kernel[0]: Sandbox: sandboxd(314) deny mach-lookup com.apple.coresymbolicationd

I started a thread over at MacRumors with a few others seeing issues:

I did try clearing all system Caches....but that was no help.

You can fix the first error:

Mail(xxxx) deny file-read-data /Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist errors:

The fix is to delete that plist, which is an artifact of an earlier OS version.

(For safety's sake, save a copy or rename it, on general principles.)

Better would be to launch Mail->select Preferences->and take screenshots of each tab so you don't have to spend a lifetime recreating all your settings and accounts information. Strange, if that was the case Apple surely would have suggested when I filed a Bug Report with them during the beta-testing period. Or, maybe they're trying to figure out how to transfer the data properly so those errors don't pop up. 😉
