iTunes: Unknown error -69

When trying to sync my iTunes with my iPhone 4, I periodically receive an error message stating "iTunes could not copy "x-song-x" to the iPhone "x-iPhone-x" because an unknown error occurred (-69)." Once this error appears, syncing stops immediately. Anyone know how to fix this?
