when my app is installing at the very end it says an error has occurred, it does not tell me what type of error and the button that says pause/resume/install has disappeared. how can i fix this?

Temporarily disable anti virus softwre.
Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can prevent apps from downloading successfully.
From the App Store menu bar top of your screen click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
i dont have any anti virus software apps and the app store says that there all downloads are finished. it did not help but thanks for trying
i would like to change the title, the game is installed, and when i play it it freezes and crashes. the app store still says that there is an error and won't let me do anything.
