unable to turn on wi-fi is grayed out how to restore?

i have the same problem with my iphone 4s. it showed up after i upgraded to 6.0
i cant turn it on.

any suggestion how to fix it?

I have the same problem after I upgraded to 6.0. I also restored my iPhone4s to factory settings but it did not resolve the problem.

Any solution???
