Can't get app to work

When I open the app it shows 4 icons - none of which open when I touch them. On the bottom of the screen I can touch "App Store" which takes me to another page and says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" I have to hit ok and then it DOES take me to iTunes store. Now what, I don't see Passbook on this page. Can anyone help me.
