Q: frozen iPod

I was updating my iPod when my computer shut down unexpectedly. Now my iPod is frozen on a black screen with an apple and like loading bar. I can't turn it on or off, my computer doesn't even recognize that i plugged it in. HELP!!

Reset your ipod.

How do I rest or go to recovery mode and restore it if the Ipod is "FROZEN". Meaning it doesn't do anything. It is just stuck on the black screen with the apple icon. It won't turn off and it won't respond when plugging it into either the outlet nor the computer. Please Help.

just calm down and leave your ipod alone for about a day...after that you should try turning it off or on and if the problem persists, take it to your nearest apple store
