Can I take my ibook G4 to an apple store and have it upgraded?
Would i be able to get like a new computer? or what?

The only thing you ought to take to the Apple Store is your credit card. (*)
Your G4 iBook is a great computer, but there is not much you can do to extend its useful life any more than you have enjoyed. Everything needs an Intel CPU these days, and your iBook cannot be upgraded to one of them.
(*) Actually you don't even need that, given free financing on your first purchase.
