See if you can reset them : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

If you can’t reset them yourself contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

Maybe this would help you:

- Go to https://appleid.apple.com chose Manage your Apple ID

- Log in with you Apple ID and create new security questions

When I try to reset my security questions, it tells me I need to enter my questions to reset them. It's ridiculous.

You would have a reset link on your account if you had put a rescue email address on it, as you apparently haven't you will have to contact Support in your country to get them reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

There is NO option on the security question page to reset the questions. NO OPTION for that, despite what the pretty pictures on the Apple ID website claim.

No link means that you haven't put a rescue email address on your account - you will have to contact Support to get them reset

I have also had this problem but have also attempted to many times at my questions. I don't know how long it takes for them to reset, or why when i call apple support i was on hold for thirty minutes and still had nobody helping me.
