iOS 6 photo stream share feature not working

After updating to iOS 6 I have tired numerous times to create a shared photo stream. After each attempt I will share it, no one ever receives my email and after a few hours, or minutes the created shared photo stream is no longer there. Another problem I'm having is joining other people's live and current streams. I will get emails click join and get a pop up that says "this photo stream is no longer shared" which is not the case because the owner still has it u and others have joined it. Help me!!

I've tried turning phone off. Tried turning of photo stream sharing and back on. Nothing seems to work. Do I need to reinstall the iOS?
