Printing spreadsheet problem

I recently bought a new iMac to replace my old iMac and re-installed Appleworks to it. Unfortunately, I lost a a multi page spreadsheet document in the process (operator error). So I am now trying to recreate it on my new iMac. So far I have one page completed. When I view the document it looks fine. When I print preview it the one page is fragmented over 6 pages. And that is the way it prints. I have tried resetting the print range, the print scale, etc with no luck. Can anyone help me with this?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.6)

Welcome to the discussions and the AppleWorks forum.

What happens when you go to the Window menu and check Page view?

I suspect you've (accidently) entered some Page breaks into the spreadsheet, and this is causing it to split up on printing. Look in the Options menu, and if Remove all Breaks is black (ie. not greyed), choose it.

Thanks Barry. The page breaks were the culprit. Not sure how I did that but your suggestion was the solution.
