Question

after i sync my ipod it says i have no music but when i go to "about" it says i have 7.3gb used but its "other" not "audio"

my ipod is about three weeks old and this has already happened three times

idk the first time it said i had to restore it so i clicked restore but after it restored it was like "itunes has discovered an ipod in recovery mode you must restore it before it is compatible with itunes" so i clicked restore again and the same message came up. i restored it about 4 times before resetting my ipod and restoring again and that fixed it. the second time the same thing happened but it wouldnt restore even when i reset it; the apple website said to change the drive letter so i did that and that fixed it.

the same thing is happening again now and idek what to do hELP

Return it for a refund or replacement while there is still time.

sorry, and also i did some research and basically i think it goes into disk mode everytime i synch it but "enable disk use" isnt checked off and im so confused right now omg

What version of Windows are you running and are any of other USB devices connected to your PC besides the iPod?

So when you connect this Nano iTunes asks you to restore the iPod again and again still or are you just seeing the audio going to the Other section still?

windows 7, and i have my wireless mouse thingy

its a classic and after i sync it and eject it,it says everything is "other" and when i plug it in it tells me to restore the ipod but it goes into a loop of like telling me its in "recovery mode" and that i should restore it.
