iPhone 5 - part moving inside when shaking
Just got my iPhone 5, it has one major flaw is that I can feel the part inside moving when I shake the phone (I believe the battery was not glue to the housing)

I have the same issue. I spent over an hour on hold with Apple Online Support yesterday who said I could either return it in a box they would send me (for repair) or take it to my nearest Apple Store and have a Genius look at it. Since then, more threads have appeared on here and the problem possibilities are: the battery, camera lens or the vibration motor.
I have an appointment at my Apple Store Genius Bar for 3:40 p.m. today. It appears from the discussions that those who have already gone to Apple Stores with the problem have been given new iPhone 5's.
