Sep 30, 2012 7:45 AM in response to andrewkupratby thraxisp,I found that turning WiFi off cleared up the dropouts. I originally thought that a weak WiFi signal might cause something to lock up.

Oct 4, 2012 11:34 AM in response to Laurabell425by ulua808,I had this problem as well. None of the above helped (but thanks)..
I updated the firmware on my Bose Series 2 headset with an update from
Bose: http://worldwide.bose.com/downloads/en/web/bose_bluetooth_system_download/page.h tml
This resolved the problem. Note that the link is only for the series 2 headset update, if you have a different device your device may also have an update -- try searching for it on the Bose site.
Good luck!

Oct 22, 2012 10:59 AM in response to Laurabell425by icespur,Had the same issue with my Bose Soundlink Bluetooth speaker and I called Bose. To fix the problem 1. turn speaker off. 2. turn speaker on. 3. hold down the button that shows a speaker with a / through it. When the light below the button comes on release the button. It is the 4th button to the right. What it does is clear the system and you should hook right up.
Bose customer service is great. I first contacted Bose via online chat and was told to call (877.210.3782) and the rep talked me right through it.

Dec 28, 2012 5:45 AM in response to dwborieby Mdizon,First time to post anything on the Internet but I thought of posting since your advice was really helpful. I don't know how you figured it out but thank you so much. Had to do the same procedure twice - for iPhone5 and iPad2 - even though both devices were beside each other. Thanks again!

Jan 4, 2013 8:05 AM in response to Laurabell425by uhaul,Ok, so here goes what I have found to thanks to some simple modifications for linking to a variety of devices including our iPhone 4 and our iPad mini. We are able to go from one device to another by simply turning off the BT of the device we are not using, then turning on the BT of our device we will use. The Soundlink speakers have the BT LCD blinking slowly and it will not discover a device in this mode. By pressing on the BT button for 2-3 seconds, the LCD will begin to blink faster and will not discover your device. It's a workaround option, but more importantly it now helps us have all of our devices work through the speakers.

Jun 27, 2013 9:14 AM in response to mauijiminarby BelaSupport, mauijiminar, I need your help for a bluetooth solution that you mention on a previous post. I can not find a solution to print directly to my BT printer (with a generic BT driver where all my other devices can see).
