Q: iPhone 5 lte signal/reception problem

I actually disagree; you can and should compare AT&T and VZW's LTE services - this will help you dictate which work better for you.  I'm completely aware of the differences in their networks, however, the end result, as a user, should be on par with one another.  The determining factor of which I will keep is a directly result of this. 

It depends what you are trying to determine.  If you are trying to determine which service to sign up for, I agree whole heartedly.

What I'm trying to figure out is what is wrong with my actual device, ie how is my iphone 5 working compared to S2 on Verizon LTE.

BTW, does anyone know does the S3 on verizon require a SIM card too or is that just the iPhone?

At home outside of Wilmington, DE I have 4 solid LTE bars and get between 5-9 down. At work in Wilmington I have 2 bars LTE and get between 1-5 down. Poor LTE either way. For what its worth, Galaxy SIII on Att LTE screams in wilmington at about 30 down.

Also in Wilmington with the weak signal I lose LTE, go to "o" and 3G etc, etc , etc.

Anyway, finally decided to replace the HW. I will let you know. Arrives Friday.
