Meg St._Clair Netiher are you. You are providing useless information that is nor at all related to the topic. The other user carlsten only provided a link. I think you should mind your own business, like I told lllaass.

As long as no one violates the Terms of Use, they are free to post where they like. That includes both you pointlessly dredging up old threads and us pointing that out to you. No one was rude to you. We were simply more experience users attempting to explain to you, a new user, how things work. Being rude, as I would say you've been, is a violation of the TOU. It also tends to decrease the likelihood that people will be interested in helping you should you need it.

Best of luck.

Theres no way you can enable the ipod touch again. You must restore your ipod using itunes as folllows:

1: Turn off (Power off) the ipod and then on pc or mac open itunes.

2: Now insert the cable underneath the ipod while pressing home button until on the display you see a cable pointing towards itunes logo, This is called Recovery Mode

3: Itunes will give a message that they have detected an ipod in recovery mode you must restore the ipod so it can be used again with itunes

4: Restore Ipod clicking on restore and if you have a backup already restore it from there.
