Funny thing I've noticed is that my LTE power drain at full speed is about the same but speed has doubled from average of 12mbps download to 29mbps download, this is with same signal strength.... There is mention of "Resolves an issue that prevents iPhone from using the cellular network in some instances", whatever that means.
