I live in a different country. I want my itunes store to be from another country

I'm from Canada. I live in Japan for the time being. I have an apple account with my Japanese information but I also want to create one with my Canadian information. I have some online banking I do with my Canadian bank and they have an app that they will only allow download from the Canadian store. Plus a number of other reasons I'd like to be able to shop at the Canadian iTunes store. I tried to open up another account but when I submitted my info iTunes told me to contact SUPPORT. I'm assuming this is the problem Anybody have any info or help?

And that's exactly what you should do. I had a problem recently that was resolved to my satisfaction in less than 24 hours. A short email describing the problem did the trick.
