Refund my iPod touch

My iPod got water damaged and I've tried many ways to fix it but it does not work. So I went to apple to replace it with 100 bucks. I still have my warrenty for the replaced iPod but I kinda wanna refund it. I just wanna know that if I do, what will they give me back?
