I cannot install OS6 in my ipad1. Is this going to be resolved? Or it is an Apple policy to force customers to buy the new version? It would be a sign of transparency to be clear on this and explain the reasons

Ios 6 is not available for ipad 1.
When Apple develops new software, it is tested on all their devices, and if a device is not able to cope with the demands that new software puts on it, to a standard that Apple thinks is in keeping with their brand image, it doesn't get to have it.
Apple stated when iOS 6 was announced that iOS 6 would not work on the iPad 1.
It's probably due to the RAM and processor limitations.
iPad: RAM - 256MB, Processor - 1 GHz Apple A4
iPad 2: RAM - 512MB, Processor - 1GHz dual-core Apple A5
iPad 3: RAM 1024MB, Processor - 1GHz dual-core Apple A5X
