Logic Express and Logic Studio upgrade License

I am buying a new iMac and have to my install Logic Express and my Logic Studio upgrade, but that is already installed on my old iMac. How do I manage that with the Logic Express and Logic Studio upgrade licenses connected with my old iMac?

Logic Studio, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

There should not be an issue. You are allowed to use it on both computers but you can only use one computer at a time. Logic is fixed so only one computer that you own can use logic at a time. If u try it will give u an error message
