It is highly unlikely.  While the Late 2010 MBA has the hardware to handle PowerNap (which was introduced to the model in 10.8.2), it still lacks the hardware necessary for AirPlay Mirroring (which is specifically the Sandy Bridge/Ivy Bridge iCore processors which have the Graphic processor integrated into the System processor).
