We updated our Apple ID's with our new email and home address etc... with no issues. But.....icloud won't update and I can't figure out how to edit it. It shows the old Apple ID info.

Sometimes it helpsif you delete your account in Settings > iCloud and then add it back again.

Does deleting the account delete all your pictures if you update your apple id or does it reload them when you add the account back? I am having similar issues with the icloud. I can't get it to redo itself but i do not want to lose what I have on my ipad
We also changed email address, deleted account and added new one in. I thought everything was working, calenders, photo stream, contracts. Then when I went to email a photo from the photo library that had been streamed in through old email address, It showed Icloud still sending from old address with no way to change it. I'm afraid if I delete the account and try to add it in again, I Cloud wont let me; or I will have to chnge everything again (nightmare) This is on an IMac.
