iOS 6 keeps shutting off iTunes Match and giving error!

I get my new iPhone and twice I go to play music and its empty. I go to setting and iTunes Match is off with an error saying something like "iTunes match has expired. Go to a computer to renew your subscription."

This is nonsense as my subscription is 2 months old. So I turn iTunes Match on and it's syncs. It happens sporadically. Is this a bug?
