Transfering Games to New IPhone

Hello. I'm getting an IPhone 4S, and I was just wondering: is it possible when transfering all my games from my IPod Touch (4Generation) to my new IPhone, that my games will not reset?

Lets take the game "Smurf" for an example: Getting to level 35/40+ etc, in that game takes a long time, or for me atleast its taken 1 year +. If I were to transfer the game to my Iphone would the game reset, and I'd loose all the levels and my stuff? Its not just that game, I've got a ton of games that I'd like to continue playing, but if they all reset, theres no point for me to continue playing them anymore, as It'd take a long time getting back to where I was..

So is there possible to transfer my games from my IPod to my IPhone without the games resetting and me losing everything?
