Why does moving passbook from the home screen cause my iPhone 4 reset?

Since I updated to iOS 6, I have the new Passbook app on my home screen. Every time I try to drag it to another screen or folder my iPhone does a reset and I'm back at a lock screen. The change doesn't stick. I've tried doing a full reset of my own but nothing seems to help.

There is something seriously corrupted in your firmware. I have no trouble moving Passbook to another screen or even into a folder on another screen. Any chance your phone is jailbroken? If it's not restore it as a new phone without restoring from backup. If the problem goes away you have a corrupted backup.
