How much RAM is the new iPod Touch 5th Generation going to have?

I want to know how much ram the new iPod Touch 5th Generation is going to have. I own the 4th Generation and it only has 256mb. I hope this new one has a lot more than that as these newer versions of iOS (5+) need a lot of ram to run.

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 5.1.1
