external drive not found
I am trying to set up time machine but it cannot find my external hard drive - it has in the past.
Does the drive show up in Disk Utility at all?

no nothing is showing. I have checked all the connections as well. Thank you
If a USB drive. do other USB things work in that port?
What brand drive is it?
