Keyboard shortcut not working

I have the same problem too.

Mine stopped working too. Hard reset the phone, that should fix it

If you mean hard reset by pushing home and sleep button toegether, I tried that and still not working.

I do yes. Delete the shortcuts, then do the hard reset and put them back in the phone. That should fix it

Hi there. I can't even delete my shortcuts as they magically reappear after deletion!

Same thing happened to me. I deleted them, did the hard reset & they were back when I returned to settings & they still didn't work.

Nevermind! I went back to settings & they were gone. Added them back again & they work now.

I'm still having this problem over and over though. It keeps forgetting my shortcuts, I do a hard reset and then they work again. Bit of a pain though.

I had deleted mine and re-entered and they worked for awhile but now they no longer work again and they are still lsited in the phone. This is frustrating!!! Is there a way to tell Apple that this is problem??

Gary's response in the other forum (to turn iCloud > Documents & Data off and back on) worked for me just now. Hopefully, it will stick!

(The other "fix" to erase a shortcut, restart, did not work.)

I did your suggested "fix".

It only worked for about 24 hours then they quit working again.

I can't redo this everyday.

Anyone else have any ideas.

Mine still works -- no problems after turning iCloud sync for Documents & Data off and back on again.
