There are no unlocked iPhones 5's available for sell in the US at this time. Apple has not announced when they will be available.
Also the A1429GSM will likely never be available in the US unlocked as it will not work with US LTE bands.
Getting an unlocked A1429CDMA will not happen because there is no such thing as an unlocked CDMA device.
