Somehow my phone is not showing my wife's apps and not my own!?
I still seem to have the proper mail, photos, correct settings, wallpaper, texts etc but now has my wife's apps.
What has happened, and how do I fix it?!
I have my own apple ID and own icloud, and my wife has a seperate Apple ID and seperate iCloud.

Don't know how it happened but probably the easiest way to fix it is to delete her apps from your phone, then redownload yours (assuming they are all still in the App store). To delete installed apps, tap and hold one until they all begin to wiggle, then tap the black "X" to delete them. When done, tap the home button. Then either redownload your apps (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519) or sync them back from your iTunes library.
Then go to "Settings > iTunes & App Stores" and check if your or your wife's Apple ID is used. After you signed in with your ID, just delete the wrong apps and download the apps by using your ID again.
You have to have a credit card in your name that's how there system logs account
