Passbook can't connect to itunes

Why every time I try passbook it says can't connect to iTunes store

iPhone 4S, iOS 6

Set the time to manual, and then set it ahead about a year. Most say this is working.

Open Settings
Tap iCloud
Turn Passbook option Off
