passbook will not connect to the itunes store; changing date to future didn't work -- any other fixes????

I had the same expereiecne. I just repeated the sequence however:

Settings/General/Date & Time/..

- turn off automatic

- moved year two years in advance this time

(not just one - who kows if that made any differance)

(had to click through ever reminders and warnings about sync, etc.)

- double clicked onthe Home Button

- Opened Passbook and conencted to store just fine

- Closed Passbook, returned to Date & Time

- set back to Automatic

All's well now.
