3014 error iphone wont connect

iTunes restore errors: TS3694

3014 is caused by itunes not being able to connect to the right apple servers.

Make sure your pc's date and time are correct. Update itunes. Check for windows updates. Disable proxies. Security software can cause conflicts too, consider disabling or uninstalling temproarily. If you have expried security software uninstall it. Maybe disable windows firewall.

Check out ts1814. Try flushing dns too: HT1527.

Don't forget to restart your pc before trying to restore again.

I'm using MacBook Pro and I already restarted the computer.
