updated to iso6 now phone in recovery and i cant get it out!!!! help please!!!!

I have an iphone 4 and i got the message saying i cant upgrade to the iso6 so i did and then i was told to connect to itune, i did, now phone is stuck showing the connect to itunes and itunes says its in recovery and want me to restore it which i do NOT want to do at all! pleaseeeee help me!!
