comcluster.cxense

A blank website screen keeps popping up when opening dashboard and occasionly entourage called comcluster.cxense..How can it be eliminated?

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Do you have any web clippings on the dashboard? If so, to what site? You should probably try removing all web clippings from the dashboard temporarily to see if that fixes the problem. If so, you can add them again, one at a time with an interval of testing between each one, and when the problem reappears you'll know which site is causing the pop-up.

thanks Thomas , this approach solved the issue an Australian Newspaper was the source of the pop up. To finally resolve the issue I had to disable the internet connection to get a stable "dashboard" then delete the offending web clip.I have retested with the same clip and confirmed the source.
