I shocked when i figured out that most of maps features are available in UAE and i wish to reinstall the previous version at least it works

You can go to google maps using safari and then save it your home screen and use that. A bit slower and no streetview
Check out the app store for free gps apps under Navigation.
Put your iPhone into DFU mode and downgrade to 5.1
or, Jailbreak your phone and downgrade to 5.1
I did that but most of them simple and doesn't support transport info
