i have updated to itunes 10.7 and now my itunes store will not open. i have tried all of the fixes in the command line and i uninstalled and reinstalled several times. i have also turned off my modem and turned it on again. nothing works. help. thank you in advance for any assistance.

Could you walk us through what happens (when you try to connect to the Store) in some more detail, please?
I have the same issue, my internet is working fine, I have uninstalled itunes and reinstalled, but when I open itunes, the store just acts like it is loading and never opens. No error message. I just got the iphone 5 and cant get to the iphone section either.

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
Whoa - this is way over my head, but I tried to follow. I got to the Winsock Providers and found this on 3 of the files
BMI over [MSAFD Tcpip [RAW/IP]] File not found: bmnet.dll
That looks like the Bytemobile LSP.
If you try the following AT&T instructions does that get your Store back?

I don't see AT&T Communications in my programs, is this where I would look?
Hmmm.
Plausibly, it's already been uninstalled (that might explain the bmnet.dll not found message in Autoruns), but the uninstall left the registry entry for the LSP still lurking on the PC.
In that case, we might have to try clearing the Winsock registry key manually.
