itunes store will not open

i have updated to itunes 10.7 and now my itunes store will not open. i have tried all of the fixes in the command line and i uninstalled and reinstalled several times. i have also turned off my modem and turned it on again. nothing works. help. thank you in advance for any assistance.

Hmmm.


Plausibly, it's already been uninstalled (that might explain the bmnet.dll not found message in Autoruns), but the uninstall left the registry entry for the LSP still lurking on the PC.


In that case, we might have to try clearing the Winsock registry key manually.
