No it's not - don't be ridiculous! Gifting content is a wholly supported by Apple feature of the iTunes and App Stores.
The person who sends the gift, pays for it, so how can it be stealing?

What? Either you're totally clueless and just new to Apple iOS or a troll. It's most definitely NOT stealing.

This makes me angry! On top of all the bugs that I've been experiencing with iOS6!! Why are they removing so much functionality??? They should be pumping it in!!

This is really upsetting that I can't gift apps from my iPhone... It was so groovy to gift apps direct to my friends and loves.... I can't understand why Apple would not allow this in iOS 6 ... I found yes I can gift through the app store on via iTunes... but Apps I Purchased I CANNOT GIFT TO Someone else... Bums me totally... What is the reason for this ... seems to me they make it harder to gift apps and loose loot from us..... I don't get it? ... Anyone at Apple hear me? :- /
