I have tried a thousand ways to update my iphone to the ios6 software. It keeps saying that I have items that need to be downloaded. I've already done that. When I check the downloads they are all complete. Then when I try and hit the cloud next to the song or app it says that my apple id disabled. So I've tried again to just go ahead and update and download it all and it says it will delete anything that is on my phone and not downloaded. I don't want to lose the songs I've bought yet this is becoming the biggest nightmare ever! Any advice?
