Trouble Buffering on AppleTV

My second Apple Tv has trouble consistently buffering. The first one remains good. And the signal strength indicator says high signal. Tried rebooting. and have all upgrades installed. Any suggestions?

Time Capsule 802.11n (1st Gen), Mac OS X (10.7.4)
